Eva set up Centre-bridge Executive Search and HR Consulting in April 2018.
She has over 20 years of global executive search experience and has been responsible for hiring senior leaders for companies around the world. This includes Board and Board -1 level appointments for a wide range of industry sectors: fintech, consumer finance, retail/investment banking, FMCG, industrial, metals and mining, automotive and pharmaceuticals.
From 2015-2018, Eva worked exclusively as an Internal Global Talent Acquisition Director / Head of Global Recruitment for a leading private investment group with international business operations in a variety of financial services. She was responsible for building the company’s global senior leadership team. Her core focus in that role was to establish a fully-functioning executive committee for a leading subprime consumer finance company in Europe. Alongside that, she also managed hiring processes for the expansion of a subsidiary consumer finance company with operations in the Asia Pacific region. Eva’s work for the group gave her exposure to helping start-up companies set up solid leadership teams.
Prior to her work with the private investment group, Eva served as Partner and Co-Founder of Lansdowne International, an international executive search and HR consulting firm.
Eva started her career in market research and subsequently joined Heidrick and Struggles where she spent time in the Prague and London offices working on global Board level searches.

In addition to her executive search activities, Eva is an experienced career coach and mentor. She has created, implemented and lead significant mentoring programs. Eva is currently a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Prague and is a core member of the steering committee for the BCC Equilibrium Mentoring program established in 2011 and the Ment2Grow start up mentoring program established in 2018. Eva, who is a British/Czech national, graduated university in the UK in 1995 with a BA Honours degree in French, Spanish and International Business. She is bilingual English/Czech and speaks French fluently.
Inara joined Centre-Bridge in May 2018 as Senior Recruiter.
Prior to joining Centre-Bridge Inara had worked for 2 years at a Private Investment Group handling their senior and mid-level appointments for their portfolio companies primarily in fintech.
Between 2010 and 2015 Inara worked at Lansdowne International, an executive search firm, first joining them as a Junior Research Assistant and subsequently becoming a Senior Recruiter.
A Kazakhstani of Persian and Azerbaijani descent, Inara has lived, studied and worked in the US, Germany and Czech Republic. Inara earned her Bachelor's degree in International Journalism majoring in Media Management, PR and Advertising. Throughout her studies, she has held various administrative positions and research roles in Procter and Gamble, national TV channel and US Commercial Service in Kazakhstan.
Having graduated from University, she became a HoReCa and Trade Channel Executive at Grey Advertising Agency in Almaty, Kazakhstan, working there for two years.
In 2009 she moved to Prague to study International Business and Management at Prague College and the University of Teesside. She graduated with a Masters Degree in 2012.
Prior to joining Lansdowne International, Inara has managed various freelance copywrite projects in Prague as well as held an internship at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
She is bilingual English and Russian.
Victoria joined Centre Bridge Executive Search and HR Consulting as an Executive Search Consultant in September 2018.
Prior to joining Centre Bridge, Victoria spent 2 years working for Lansdowne International focusing on IT and fintech executive search mainly in Russia, CIS and Europe.

Before Lansdowne International Victoria lived in Moscow and was a Procurement Director in the retail fashion business. In pursuit of new challenges, she moved to Prague in 2014 to take on a grant offered by the Erasmus Mundus Program to study a Master’s in Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Science. Victoria received her Masters with honors and was consequently invited to join the PhD programme.
Victoria’s first degree is in International Business. She is a native Russian speaker with fluent English and very advanced Czech.
